A Logesky Christmas
Andrew and I decided Christmas was going to be low key this year. Usually we head to Ohio for a week and spend time with all of our family. We thought it would be nice just to stay home and let Em open presents in her home and cook a meal instead. We enjoyed waking up with her and eating a yummy breakfast casserole. We knew Em was going to be so much fun this year but it was better than I thought. I just love the joy of a child, especially on Christmas morning! Another thing we decided was no big camera for pictures. Usually I am running around trying to get the camera set up, fixing the settings, and just not paying my full attention. Instead I just took it easy and witnessed it with my eyes.
Andrew and Emmy were BOTH on the phone… Hwo the heck do two year olds know how to work technology so well?
Yeah that did not work out so much! HAHA!
Later a friend stopped over and we desperately handed the camera to her to try and grab some photos of us! She did such a great time! It was her first time evr using a SLR!
Ok finally some good ones! 😀
We finished the night off with a homemade beef tenderloin, stuffed mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and green bean casserole. Andrew’s brother and his family came over and Emlyn had so much fun.
And my one more attempt to grab a picture… not so much!
