Find your ONE thing

Niche is the way to go! It is better to be a master of ONE specific thing and talk to a smaller audience than it is to stay broad. For example it’s great to be a photographer but taking great photos isn’t enough. This doesn’t necessarily mean a specific type of work but maybe a specific thing you are great at, like making people relax. What do you have that no one else has? What’s unique about you? This is a NICHE.

Clarify your vision

You won’t go anywhere with out a clear vision. What is your why? What are your goals? What do you want people saying about your business? Where do you want to show up? We recommend our free business plan worksheet to help with this.

COMMUNITY

Talk to other like minded people around you! Ask for help! Join a Facebook community. Join a monthly meet up. Hiding behind your computer doesn’t build your credibility.

Whether you are meeting all your business goals or you only have one client ... run them the same! Serve your client or clients with excellence! Treat your business like it’s thriving even when it’s not. “Fake it till you make it.”

• Have the best branding and put your best foot forward on your website etc.

• Make office time to think new projects like styled shoots and things that will help you grow
