Below you’ll find a list of all our FAVE things we use in our business.
BOOKKEEPING
We use Quickbooks Online to keep track of all our bookkeeping. We have our banks and accounts all automatically sync the transactions and then we categorize them on the mobile version on our phone. So easy!
CRM
We have used A LOT of CRM softwares. We want to be upfront that all of them are missing something in our opinion. It is best to stick to one and make the most of it based off what matters most to you. We love Honeybook and have worked hard at making the systems inside it work for us.
TASKS
Trello is hands-down our fave task management system. We have tried Asana and our team and staff all like Trello for ease better. We recommend watching their free education resources for structure advice.
DESIGN
We toss between Adobe products - Illustrator and Photoshop - and Canva. We love both but if you have no design background, Canva is perfect for you.
COMMUNICATION
Our team uses SLACK and this has helped so much. It keeps healthy boundaries for work life balance and keeps us all on the same page.
Storage and email
We do not LOVE GMAIL always but we do love using all their apps. We store all our documents on GMAIL and use DOCS to create our resources for training. We love FLODESK though for syncing through our GMAIL and having really nice designed emails on a workflow.
